One of our amazing volunteers found a cat, neutered male in horrendous condition in the Lloydminster area. He has a broken tail, broken teeth, he’s emaciated and will lose both ears to frostbite. He needs surgery asap because he’s in a lot of pain. We are calling him, Toby.
