We’re still buzzing from an incredible weekend. It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions, hard work, and a stark reminder of the animals who need our help.
Our dedicated volunteers were hard at work with the Canadian Animal Task Force (CATF) at the clinic in Wabasca — spaying and neutering as many animals as possible. This crucial work helps control the stray population and ensures healthier lives for these animals.
While the weekend was full of successes, it also highlighted a growing concern: the sheer number of strays in desperate need of placement. We took in over 30 animals this weekend alone, and we’re now reaching critical capacity for dogs, cats, kittens, and puppies. The reality is, without more space and resources, we can’t help every animal that needs us. We desperately need your help, please consider fostering or adopting!
