Settle in for some extreme cuteness as we introduce you to a special little friend: This is Scout!
Three short weeks ago she was found abandoned on a cold concrete barn floor. She was alone with no food for the better part of seven hours. She was so tiny her eyes weren’t open yet and she tipped the scales at 190 grams.
Snuggled in a towel and heat pack, with a roadside snack of kitten milk from a syringe, little Scout took her first road trip. After almost two hours of travel, she arrived to her very own incubator and a wonderful soul who was willing to wake up and feed her every two hours for days on end and weigh her daily to ensure she was gaining 10 grams per day.
This adorable little munchkin now chugs bottles like it’s her job, and she’s growing so fast! Many people were involved in saving this little life, and I know she will be forever grateful… and she’ll also be adoptable in a month or two!
