Hello SCARS, I made a call to you in 2005. Our dog had just passed away. I talked to Sylvia about letting me know if a small dog comes in for adoption. The story goes a few weeks later I got the call. Sylvia brought this beautiful puppy from Athabasca where she had been found in a ditch. We met at an event for SCARS. She was so calm, I was so excited and of course we adopted her. But the next day she was a very busy girl! I can’t tell you all the joy this beautiful little lady has filled our lives with. She has been a gem. Last June she turned 15. She is deaf and yet runs around the yard like a puppy. Thank you Sylvia for bringing this beautiful little lady to the big city. She fills my heart️ with such joy.
