A special thanks to the kind lady who stopped and picked up an abandoned puppy on the side of the highway. Sage is just another in the long list of puppies that have been abandoned as the weather turns.
SCARS always struggles at this time of year with these situations which are time sensitive and often require quick response that leads to a shuffling and or a plea for more foster homes. Please consider fostering or donating.
