We got a message late in the day a few days ago about a mom and puppies who were left at a dump and had been there for over three days. Do we have room to intake? No. Could we say no? No. And off ff we went. A late night drive ending at 3am for our driver to rescue them and bring them safe into a foster home for the evening. Thankfully our friends at Zoe’s Animal Rescue were able to pick up the next day. It takes a village right now in animal rescue and the requests are endless.
