We welcomed Martin into our family in February of 2011. He quickly melted into our family, becoming best friends to our beagle, and helping us establish our equestrian centre. He is our barn ambassador, welcoming all of our clients at their car doors, hoping to get a scratch, tummy rub or maybe even a treat from those that carry them.
He is my shadow during chores, parking himself on the nearest high point to watch for danger while I do my stuff.
He sits by the arena while I teach, always ready to request tummy rubs from any spectators.
We can’t imagine our family without him, and at 9 years old we hope he is with us for many more years!
