Apr 25 update… I’m the skinny mom that came in with my 3 fat babies. They are on their way and now it’s my turn to find my forever home! I’m still learning what it means to be an inside dog… and I have to say, I really love it. Soft places to rest, kind people nearby. It’s all pretty wonderful. There are still some things I’m figuring out. Stairs were a bit confusing at first, but I’ve been learning! Every day I get a little braver and more comfortable in this new indoor life . I already know how to do my business outside, and I have lovely manners. I love food, but I’m very polite and take treats gently. Meeting new people can feel a little scary, so I might be shy at first. But if you give me a bit of time, my tail will start to wag and you’ll see my sweet side. Most of the time I’m a relaxed, couch potato kind of girl, but I really enjoy walks and I’m great on a leash. Just happy to keep you company while we explore together. More than anything, I’m ready for a home where I can finally relax, feel safe, and be cared for the way I cared for my puppies.

I’ve done my job as a mama… now I’m hoping to just be someone’s best girl.
