September 4, 2020 – I have nothing but kind words to say about the people who rescued me. They heard me screaming and saw I was being attacked and mauled by a big dog. They thought that I was dead until I twitched and started breathing. They knew who to call to save me – the local SCARS volunteer.

Jay Tee here – and I’m very lucky to be alive. I sustained over 50 puncture wounds, extensive bruising and too many scratches to count. To say the least, I was in shock after the attack. 12 days later it is still very painful, and I am moving very slowly.

In my books, SCARS and the volunteers are literally life savers.

We are hosting 50/50 Raffle Draws starting on Monday & I sure hope you can participate. It’s been a VERY busy season for all of the SCARS team and we would love your support. Stay tuned!

If you do not want to participate in the 50/50 raffle draw – please consider donating online at www.scarscare.ca/donate!
