September 18, 2022 update…
🐾🚑 GILBERT Pup-date 🚑🐾
He’s taking naps, lots of crate rest & trying to just relax after his dual elbow surgery.
We are so thankful that we found an awesome foster home to take him in while he recovers for the next few weeks.

Oh Gilbert… how did this happen?? 🆘
Since cute little puppies can’t talk… our best guess is that this adorable 3 month old pup fell or jumped off something too high and landed on his two front legs, breaking both elbows. 🐾🆘🚑🆘
He is currently at VCA Canada Guardian Veterinary Centre receiving surgery to repair the damage. 🚑🚑
Recovery will be critical and difficult for such a young active guy. 🤕
