** IMPORTANT: Regarding SCARS foster dogs' sizes: Most are over 50 lbs/23 kg. Small dogs for fostering are rare. Sometimes we have medium ones (25-50 lbs/12-23 kgs). Sadly, small dogs struggle to survive in our rescue areas.
