We recently received the following from Sylvia MacInnes, the teacher at F.R. Haythorne school who teaches the Grade 7 and 8 Leadership classes:
“I just wanted to let you know that FRH has collected about 4 boxes of food, treats and toys etc for both cats and dogs (as well as 4 large bags of new and used blankets) for SCARS. We have delivered them to one of your drop off locations – the Minuteman Press in Sherwood Park.”
Earlier this year, they also gave SCARS a $300 cash donation.
F.R. Haythorne has supported SCARS for many years and we are truly grateful! Our volunteers say it has been really wonderful meeting these young people and seeing their enthusiasm!
