August 31, 2023 Evening Update
Brutus has made his way back from Westlock Veterinary Center to our Rescue Centre. One of our amazing volunteer drivers drove over 9 hours to get him into care, to the vet and back to safety at the Rescue Centre.

Meet Brutus, this poor guy met his match. He’s extremely malnourished and cannot eat due to the amount of quills. He is currently on his way to the vet for treatment. Thank you to the kind gentleman who called with concern and our amazing volunteers who were able to race to his rescue.
