Meet Cloudy: This sweet girl was found abandoned in a dumpster, trapped inside a box that had been duct-taped shut. Cloudy has very crusty eyes and will be heading to Westlock Veterinary Centre this afternoon for an examination and much-needed medical care. We can’t imagine how scared she must have been, but one thing is certain: Cloudy is safe now. No animal deserves to be discarded like garbage. Welcome to SCARS, sweet girl.
