Today we got an urgent call about a senior cat who had been put in a cardboard box and tossed in a ditch near Kitscoty. He was in terrible shape, starved, dehydrated and frost bitten. Brenda Cooper, owner of Waggles Boarding Facility, caught him and quickly called us. It turns out Panda was chipped and his grateful owner came straight away for him. He’d been missing for a month she was very sad to see the state he was in.
