Hey everyone, meet Zuka! This poor guy knew he needed help and found the right people who reached out and contacted SCARS. At some point in time someone tied a rope around his neck, and it had become so tight that it has caused damage that will scar him for the rest of his life. This kind of wound is sadly not uncommon. He is currently getting the medical attention he needs at Westlock Veterinary Clinic.
