September 12, 2024 Update
Hot Sauce was released from the vet and reunited with his litter! These adorable puppies are only about five weeks old. We have no clue on who the parents were, so they’re a true Alberta Special Mix! Check out this video on Facebook to see the litter reunited!

Someone found five little puppies on the side of the road. They came to the shelter in a rubber bin lined with a tarp. Immediately we noticed one puppy was barely moving. We couldn’t stand by and let this little spark of life go out, so we rushed him to the vet. Our little man “Hot Sauce” is currently fighting for his life. He seems strong but he has already been through SO much. We are so hopeful for him and his sisters.
