I’m about one year old, and I’m a sweet, affectionate guy who loves being around people. I’m good with kids and really enjoy meeting new human friends. If you’re looking for a dog who wants to be part of the family, that’s me! I absolutely love pets and cuddles and I’m generous with kisses, too. Being close to humans makes me feel safe and happy. I sleep quietly in my crate all night like a good boy, and I’m settling into home life really well. I’m healing, both physically and emotionally from an attack, so I can be a little nervous around other dogs. I’m still getting comfortable with the resident male dog and would do better with a female dog, or as an only dog. I can also get a bit unsure when I hear dogs barking in the distance. I’m working on building my confidence, and I’m getting braver. I also need a little help with healing my wounds. I’m a loving boy with a big heart, just looking for a family who will help me feel secure and cherished. I promise to give you lots of loyalty, cuddles, and kisses in return.
